- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star because negative stars is not n option. I would rather go blind than ever be seen by anyone in this place again. There are no signs or paperwork that say no refunds and the techs had said if we were unhappy we could "bring them back" NOT "exchange". But my wife now has a very expensive hunk of plastic that can do her NO good. Her insurance was billed even though we told them she had NO vision insurance, and I was assured her insurance information was just being "put on file in case of a medical/eye health need" later. Dr. Chang raised her voice to me on the phone, was (in my opinion) rude and not listening, she kept bringing up things about me when we were talking about my wife and finally she hung up on me. Now, today, I got a bill from her for another $25 (for a co-pay, though that wasn't mentioned at the time I paid) but it's dated for the DAY AFTER our phone call (maybe that's just a coincidence).October 04, 2017by EM Hager
